The service

Remotely AI is a job board that lists remote and hybrid AI roles open to candidates in Europe. Listings relate to roles advertised by third-party employers, and are provided for informational purposes on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Employers may buy a listing, on the terms set out below. Browsing and applying is always free for candidates.

Paid listings

An employer may buy a Standard or Featured listing, or a bundle of Featured listings, at the prices shown on the post a job page. Payment is taken by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout where it applies, and Stripe issues the receipt.

A paid listing runs for 30 days from the day it is published, which is normally within one business day of payment. Featured listings are additionally pinned above the other roles in their category, carry a Featured badge, and are included in the weekly email digest, for the same 30 days. Bundled listings may be used at any point within 12 months of purchase. Edits are free for as long as a listing is live, and we will take it down the same day you tell us the role is filled. A Standard listing can be upgraded to Featured at any point while it is live, for the difference between the two prices.

We review every submission before it is published and may decline a role, most often because it is not open to candidates based in Europe, is not an AI role, or misstates its location or eligibility. If we decline your role, or fail to publish it for any other reason attributable to us, we refund you in full. Otherwise listings are non-refundable: the placement is delivered when the role goes live and continues for the full term, and we do not refund on the basis of the number of applications, views or hires it produces.

Buying a listing does not buy a number of applications, views, clicks, or hires, and we do not guarantee any. It buys the placement described above, for the period described above.

Roles must be open to candidates based in Europe. This is checked before publication rather than after payment, so a role that does not qualify is declined and not charged.

You are responsible for the content you submit, and you confirm that you are entitled to advertise the role and that its details are accurate. We may edit a listing for length, format, or house style, and may remove one that turns out to be inaccurate, discriminatory, or unlawful. Where we remove a listing for that reason no refund is due.

No guarantee

We do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, current, or still open, and roles may change or be removed by the employer at any time. Always confirm the details on the employer's own site before applying.

No employment relationship

Remotely AI is not an employer, recruiter, or agent for the companies listed. We are not involved in applications, interviews, or hiring decisions, and we are not party to any agreement you enter into with an employer.

Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape, copy, or republish the listings in bulk, disrupt the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

Company names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the roles they relate to. Their appearance here does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remotely AI is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on any listing.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
